Claude Tawell

He vividly recalls his first days at Scandinave Spa Vieux-Montréal in January 2009.

The space was smaller than it is now, there was less traffic as the spa had just opened, and there were only four massage therapists per shift. It was a time of great promise and enthusiasm, with the philosophy evolving in step with the spa’s development. Claude particularly appreciates the importance that management placed on massage therapy services, which made it possible to introduce a variety of massage techniques to guests. From deep tissue massage to Lomi Atsu, the diversity of massage types has become essential to his work. According to Claude, the key to a good massage lies in the ability to meet the guest’s expectations while retaining a unique approach all of its own.

Our spa’s journey is not just a timeline; it’s a collection of stories, moments and connections that have shaped who we are today. The dedication and wisdom of our massage therapists are testament to the enduring values that continue to guide us. As we look to the future, we remain committed to providing exceptional care and
